BIOGRAPHY
Chef -Owner / Takayuki NAMEURA
He was born in Kobe, in southern Japan. Passionate about cooking from a young age, he studied European, Asian, and Japanese culinary techniques in depth.
After working in a hotel in Kobe, he fell in love with French cuisine. Inspired by the books of Joël Robuchon and Alain Ducasse, he decided at the age of 26 to move to France. He trained at the gastronomic restaurant Le Lisita, then continued to refine his skills at Relais de Bracieux with Bernard Robin and at Maison Chabran in Valence.
Although he dreamed of opening his own restaurant in France, he first created Restaurant Montée in Kobe — a warm and creative space. Building on that success, he finally fulfilled his dream in 2016 by opening Restaurant Montée in Paris, in the 14th arrondissement.
Today, Chef Takayuki Nameura offers refined, inventive, and sensitive French cuisine, with special care given to the quality and origin of the ingredients.

We accept lunch and dinner reservation 40 days before by internet.
Your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of the confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24h00 prior to your reservation.We require a credit card to secure your reservation. only in the event that you cancel or make changes after this 24 hour period or no – show fee of 50€ per person will be debited from your card..
Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.You will pay your bill directly at the restaurant on the day of your booking.
