Born on August 15, 1972 in Japan. After working in several restaurants in Kobe and Osaka, he came to work in the south of France, mainly in Nimes, in 1999 to gain a professional experience. In 2006, he opened his own French restaurant “MONTEE” in Kobe. In 2016, he moved his bases in France and then relaunched his restaurant in the 14th district of Paris.
We accept lunch and dinner reservation 40 days before by internet.
You will be asked for a bank imprint to confirm your table.
Any cancellation before 24 hours is free: beyond that, you will be charged € 50 per person.
It is essential for us to know at the time of your reservation request and at the latest 24 hours before your arrival, whether certain guests suffered from food allergies or intolerances.
Without this information,
we will not be able to adapt the tasting menu served on the day of your reservation.
