After working in several restaurants in Kobe and Osaka, he came to work in the south of France, mainly in Nimes, in 1999 to gain a professional experience.
In 2006, he opened his own French restaurant “MONTEE” in Kobe.
In 2016, he moved his bases in France and then relaunched his restaurant in the 14th district of Paris.
